KB Design Studios
Branding

Overview
KB Design Studios is an Ahmedabad-based independent practice led by Kushal Bhuva, creating brand strategies, visual identities, packaging, art direction, and marketing materials for startups and growing businesses. The studio did not need a website overloaded with effects or pages. It needed a confident portfolio that could quickly show the quality and range of the work, explain the thinking behind the practice, and make it easy for the right clients to start a conversation. MTRX™ designed and developed that experience in Framer, keeping the structure direct, visual, and easy to maintain.

The Challenge
For a branding studio, the website has one job: make the work feel credible before the first conversation begins. KB Design Studios already had a strong mix of visual identity, packaging, art direction, and brand strategy projects, but needed a digital home that could present them with consistency and confidence.
The challenge was restraint. Adding elaborate animation, dense copy, or unnecessary pages would have competed with the portfolio. The site needed enough structure to give every project context while staying fast, intuitive, and unmistakably focused on the work.
Give selected projects immediate visual priority
Explain the studio’s services and approach without overloading visitors
Create flexible project pages for identities, packaging, and campaigns
Keep future portfolio updates simple for an independent studio
The Solution
We designed the experience around a simple principle: the work should do the persuading. The visual system uses clear hierarchy, measured spacing, and direct navigation to move visitors from selected projects into the wider archive, services, studio story, and contact path.
Built in Framer, the site gives KB Design Studios a responsive and maintainable portfolio without the overhead of a heavier custom stack. Individual case-study pages provide enough room for each identity and campaign to unfold, while the broader interface stays deliberately quiet.
Rather than adding motion for spectacle, we kept interactions purposeful and let typography, project imagery, and sequencing carry the personality. The result is exactly the right amount of website for the studio’s needs: polished, clear, and built to turn good work into stronger first impressions.

The Result
KB Design Studios now has a portfolio that communicates capability within seconds. Prospective clients can see the breadth of the work, understand the studio’s services, and move naturally toward contact without navigating around visual noise. The project also demonstrates MTRX™’s platform judgment. Not every brief needs a custom application or an animation-heavy build. The stronger decision was a lean Framer site that respects the designer’s work, stays easy to update, and solves the commercial need cleanly.
Client feedback
“I needed the website to feel like an extension of my work, not another layer competing with it. MTRX™ understood that immediately. They kept the experience focused, gave every project the right amount of space, and built a portfolio that feels clear, professional, and genuinely useful when I share it with prospective clients.”
