Overview
Hans Wild is a wildlife photographer focused on capturing rare and intimate moments from the natural world. The goal of this project was to create a digital presence that reflects the depth, calm, and intensity of his work while keeping the experience minimal and distraction-free. We designed and developed a visually immersive website that prioritizes imagery, clarity, and performance. The site allows the work to speak for itself while maintaining strong branding, smooth navigation, and a responsive experience across devices.

The Challenge
Hans Wild’s work relies heavily on mood, patience, and visual storytelling. The challenge was to translate this experience into a digital format without overwhelming the viewer or distracting from the photography itself.
The previous online presence lacked structure, consistency, and performance optimization, especially on mobile devices. The goal was to create a platform that feels calm, immersive, and intentional — allowing the imagery to take center stage.

The Solution
We designed and developed a minimal, image-first website focused on clarity, performance, and storytelling. The layout guides attention naturally through the work while keeping the interface subtle enough for the photography to remain the hero.
Built in Next.js, the portfolio pairs flexible page structure with a strong foundation for responsive performance and search visibility. Typography, spacing, and brand details were refined around the tone of the photography, while image delivery was optimized to preserve visual quality without making the experience feel heavy.
